Energy storage units - what are they used for?

In a photovoltaic system, PV panels and an inverter work in tandem to convert solar radiation into usable energy that can power electrical equipment. Corab Encor energy storage is available in three versions: CE ESS 6.0, CE ESS 9.0 and CE ESS 12.0. Each has a rated capacity of 30 Ah and a rated power ranging from 5.1 kW to 10.2 kW. Some of the most notable features of this product include its use of highly secure LiFePO4 battery technology, which allows for more than 6,000 cycles, as well as its IP65 protection rating. Importantly, Corab Encor energy storage units facilitate operation in temperatures ranging from -30 to +50°C, both indoors and outdoors.
