  1. 1. Right of access to information - this means that every data subject has the right to know what happens with their personal data. The privacy policy you are reading right now has been developed among others for that purpose.

  3. 2. Right to access your personal data - this means that if we as the controller of your data receive a request from you to access your data, we are obliged to provide you with such information. As data controller, we have to fulfil our obligations in that regard immediately, not later than within one month. If it is not possible within that period, we are obliged to at least inform you whether we process your personal data, and then we may extend the period for providing a comprehensive reply to your request by two months.

They have been divided into two groups - the first group are entities which process data on the territory of the European Union, and the second group processes data outside the European Economic Area (e.g., in the US).

Thanks to ongoing verification of reliability of our Partners’ activities we are able to provide your data to Partners who ensure the highest work standards and complete investments with the best results.
Our standards are based on the latest guidelines applicable in the industry and on our experience which allows us to set parameters of cooperation to ensure optimum results and the best execution of the investment.

Withdrawal of the consent for data processing

Newsletter

Your data provided on the newsletter subscription form (name and surname, phone number, e-mail address, province) are processed for the purpose of sending the newsletter and based on your consent. 
We use services of a newsletter provider which ensures protection of your data, that is company User.com Sp. z o.o. (privacy policy of the provider is available at the following link https://user.com/pl/polityka-prywatnosci/). The provider’s system records your activity related to subscription of our newsletter.

Your data will not be provided to a third country outside the European Union for the purpose of sending the newsletter. Provision of your data on the newsletter subscription form is voluntary but necessary to send the newsletter based on your consent as well as for the purpose of sending to you information on marketing of own products or services based on our legitimate interest as the controller (that is, art. 6 letter f GDPR) and for the purpose of possible pursuit of claims related to sending of the newsletter.
You will receive our newsletter until you terminate your subscription or we discontinue the sending of the newsletter. If a subscriber is not active for 2 months, we may stop sending the newsletter and in such a case, we shall remove you from the list of our subscribers.
The mechanism of cancelling the newsletter service is not complicated and consists in clicking on an active link with information “I cancel the newsletter”. After you exercise that right and cancel the newsletter, your data concerning subscription of the newsletter shall be stored for a period necessary for defence against potential claims. It is our legitimate interest as the data controller.
Personal data provided when subscribing to the newsletter can be transferred by us to the following entities: provider of IT system maintenance and hosting services, provider of e-mail services, provider of newsletter services and third parties supporting us in sending of the newsletter, with which we have concluded respective agreements. 
In each case of the processing of your data, you have the right to access the contents of your data, receive their copies, the right to rectify them, remove them, restrict their processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
However, keep in mind that if you withdraw your consent for data processing, this does not affect the legality of data processing performed based on your consent prior to its withdrawal.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you find that the processing of your data violates provisions of the law. Your data shall not be processed in automated manner.

Hotjar is a tracking code implemented on our websites, which registers the activity of each user of the given website and allows us to retrace your activities on the given website operated by us. The tool allows us to create an activity map and shows us the interest in individual elements of our websites.
