Corab S.A.. is a producer of mounting systems for photovoltaic installations. Our products include a wide range of solutions and materials. These products are of very high quality and are adapted for specialized use in a variety of conditions, including flat or sloping roofs. The solutions we propose take into account a variety of roofing materials. However, as a manufacturer of fastening systems, we are not responsible for their correct use and their correct assembly. Corab S.A. does not analyze the needs of end customers and the expected conditions for the location of photovoltaic installations. As a producer of Corab S.A. also does not design photovoltaic installations and does not supervise their assembly. These are the activities of the contractors who, as part of these activities, should include, inter alia the condition of roofing structures and the quality of the materials they are made of, as well as the local weather conditions. Contractors who have direct contact with end customers should select the systems used, all their components, as well as the methods of their connection with buildings or the ground. For the actions of these people, Corab S.A. is not responsible because it does not analyze the needs of end customers and the correctness of solutions used by installation contractors.
Installation, repairs, inspections, maintenance and other service of the photovoltaic panel mounting systems may be performed only by persons with appropriate professional qualifications, strictly observing the rules resulting from health and safety regulations. Failure to comply with these recommendations, as well as use of the mounting systems for photovoltaic panels contrary to their intended use, may result in an immediate danger of loss of life or serious damage to health.
As a manufacturer of photovoltaic panel mounting systems, we pay attention to the fact that the safety of their use requires regular inspections of the installation by persons with appropriate qualifications. Such inspections should take place at least once every twelve months, and in any case after the occurrence of winds with a speed exceeding 79 km / h, as our products are designed for the so-called first wind zone. The systems cannot be subjected to excessive deterioration of their operational properties and loss of their technical efficiency.
Any changes in the structure of the fastening systems, including their joining, their connection with elements not supplied by Corab sp. Z oo, modifying the systems, including their welding, shortening, reducing the number of elements specified in the assembly manual or the submitted proposal, and intended for the construction of a specific system, their extension, etc., failure to comply with the minimum safety rules resulting from the assembly instructions or the sent proposal, increasing the load on the systems or using the systems in a manner inconsistent with the intended use, result in the loss of warranty rights and may have a direct impact on the life of the systems and their safe use .
